In collaboration with the senior staff of Blueline Safety, I researched, wrote, and designed their 2009 Business Plan. Some proprietary details have been blacked out and some pages have been removed.

For several years I wrote for the Automobile Dealers Association of BC's newsletter, Signals. My column, Information Superhighway, focussed on using the internet for business. The sample below received extremely positive feedback from British Columbia's automobile industry.

WireTap Newsletter

This newsletter was written on a daily basis on behalf of West Teleservices. The document included details regarding policies, procedures, upcoming events, and more. At peak, the newsletter was delivered to over 700 employees per day. The document layout was designed by myself with inspiration from a Microsoft Word template.
